How to Return or Exchange an Online or Phone Order
Ordering from the couch is easy, so we made the return process just as easy for you!
Please reach out to the Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know what item(s) you wish to return or exchange and tell us why. We can only get better if we know what you didn’t like. Within 3 business days or less, we’ll email you a USPS return label to print from home. Just place the label on your package and drop your package in a mailbox.
If you are near one of our store locations, you’re more than welcome to bring the product in with your online order confirmation as proof of purchase. Find a list of our stores here: https://www.naplessoap.com/find-a-store/
Quick note if you use the store finder map on our website, our Wholesale partners (retailers who sell Naples Soap Company products) cannot accept your return or issue you a refund.
How to Return or Exchange an In-Store Purchase
We love having guests over, so don’t hesitate to come back and visit us to make your return or exchange! Please bring your receipt if you still have it.
If you’ve joined our Points & Perks program, we can look up your receipt, so don’t worry if you can’t find it.

Do You Have the Time?
Since our products contain natural preservatives, we have a shorter timeframe for reporting problems, product issues, and accepting returns or exchanges. Yes, our products have a shorter shelf-life than those filled with chemicals and preservatives.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
Must be reported to Customer Service within 21 days of receipt via email: email@example.com Please send a photo (or photos) describing the issue along with your order number, and we’ll gladly make it right!
If you’ve tried it and don’t care for it, that’s OK! Used products need to be returned within 30 days of original purchase date for a refund of the product purchase price. Your returned product should contain all unused portions of the product.
If you haven’t opened it yet, that’s great! Unused/unopened products need to be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price.
Let’s Talk Money
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If you paid cash in store and returned items via mail, we will mail you back a check.
Returns accepted in one of our stores without a receipt will be credited to a Naples Soap Company gift card based on the lowest selling price of the item for the prior 90 days.
Promotions & Coupons
All applicable promotions, offers, free items and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Any one-time use discount codes used for that transaction will not be reusable.
Gift Receipt and Gift Invoice
An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for the purchase price on the gift receipt or gift invoice. Gift returns can only be made at stores with proof of original purchase.
In stores, a government-issued ID is required for all returns and exchanges. Naples Soap Company does not sell the information obtained through this process.
Shipping costs incurred on your original order are non-refundable, but the additional shipping for a return or exchange from your order is covered by Naples Soap Company when you use the prepaid shipping label sent to you via email. We will cover the shipping for one return or one exchange transaction per order. Additional return or exchange shipping costs are not covered by Naples Soap Company. If you choose to return the products with a different label or shipping method, these fees are non-refundable.
Points & Perks
Points you’ve earned from purchasing items you’ve returned will be deducted from your account based on the refunded price of the product. If you’re exchanging, there are no point adjustments necessary.
Your health and safety are very important to us! We do not permit the resale of used, damaged, or expired products. Our associates inspect every return or exchange and properly dispose of any returned products that have been used, damaged, or expired.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy.
